Take the standard Q10 mattress and replace 1" of standard foam with high density gel infused memory foam to greatly improve the feel and temperature control. This is a great medium-feel that is better than the standard visco mattress especially for people weighing 200 pounds or more. The high density gel will better support your back and also help dissipate body heat. The standard Q version comes with a nice seemless top cover but you can special order the zippered version for the same price - just call the guys at Michigan Discount Mattress.
